JUST TUMBLING (AGES 6 - 13)

The 50 minute tumbling class is for boys and girls that are ages 6 to 13. The focus in this class is on developing tumbling skills on the floor, including cartwheels, round offs, back handsprings, front handsprings, back tucks, front tucks, and beyond. The primary difference between this class and a Trampoline and Tumbling class is that in Just Tumbling the trampolines are used as tools to progress the athletes skills, whereas in the Trampoline and Tumbling class trampoline is an actual event.
