The registration fee is non-refundable. Refunds for class tuition will not be given under any circumstances, but unused tuition may be applied toward future sessions. Deposits for birthday parties are also non-refundable.
A fee of $25.00 is charged on all returned checks. A child will not be allowed to participate in class until valid payment is received.
The registration fee is a processing fee due upon registration and renewed annually on a per child basis. At the time you register, you pay the registration fee and the session fee. Thereafter, tuition is due before the start of the following session. Our preferred payment method is cash or check. When paying by check, please make checks payable to Omaha Metro Stars Gymnastics. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.
Make-ups are on a space available basis and are not guaranteed. To ensure that space is available, call to schedule any make-up class. Makeups must be completed within one month of the missed class. There will be no pro-rated tuition for any missed classes.
Boys may wear gym shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt that can be tucked in securely. Girls may also wear gym shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt, or they may wear leotards (any color or style). No tights or jewelry are permitted. Long hair needs to be pulled back and secured. No shoes or socks are allowed in the gymnastics area.
Food and/or drink are allowed only in the viewing area. We thank you for your understanding.
