OUR POLICIES

The registration fee is non-refundable. Refunds for class tuition will not be given under any circumstances, but unused tuition may be applied toward future sessions. Deposits for birthday parties are also non-refundable.

A fee of $25.00 is charged on all returned checks. A child will not be allowed to participate in class until valid payment is received.

Once a student is enrolled in a program at Metro Stars Gymnastics, he or she will be automatically enrolled in the following month unless Metro Stars Gymnastics is notified in writing by the 20th of the current month. Verbally informing your child's coach or the front desk will not drop your child from their class!

The registration fee is a processing fee due upon registration and renewed annually on a per child basis. At the time you register, you pay the registration fee and the tuition. Thereafter, tuition is due on or before the 1st of the month, with tuition paid after the 7th subject to a $10 late fee. The monthly tuition is based on a 4 week month, but will be adjusted to reflect months with more or less days (holidays, 5 weeks months, etc.). Families will be able to enroll in our automatic electronic payment system for simple monthly billing, however if a family is not enrolled in automatic payments, they will be required to keep a credit card on file that will only be used in the event of a delinquent account. Our preferred payment method is cash or check. When paying by check, please make checks payable to Metro Stars Gymnastics. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Make-ups are on a space available basis and are not guaranteed. To be eligible for a makeup class, you must call or e-mail Metro Stars Gymnastics before the start of your class. All students are permitted to do a maximum of 2 makeups per session. Please note that there are no makeup classes for makeup classes, and there will be no pro-rated tuition for any missed classes.

Boys may wear gym shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt that can be tucked in securely. Girls may also wear gym shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt, or they may wear leotards (any color or style). No tights or jewelry are permitted. Long hair needs to be pulled back and secured. No shoes or socks are allowed in the gymnastics area.

Day time classes will follow the Papillion-LaVista School District cancellations. Evening classes will be canceled by 2:00pm. Cancellations will be posted on the website, recorded on our voicemail, and listed on Channel 7 KETV News.

Food and/or drink are allowed only in the viewing area. We thank you for your understanding.
