SHINING STARS (AGE 6)

Shining Stars classes are for girls who are 6 years old. This 50 minute class will teach the students gymnastics positions, basic tumbling skills, and enhance the child's flexibility, coordination, and strength. During each class, the girls will focus on two events, namely vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, or trampoline. Gymnasts will be tested once every 8 weeks to demonstrate progress.
