Elizabeth is an accomplished gymnastics instructor with over fifteen years of coaching experience. Over the course of that time, she has worked with children of all ages. For the last five years she has consistently coached Nebraska state champion athletes and teams. In addition to her coaching credentials, Elizabeth holds a doctorate in occupational therapy and has worked as a pediatric therapist at Creighton University Medical Center. In 2007 she was named the Nebraska Occupational Therapy Association's "Practioner of the Year" for developing the Special Stars Program here at Omaha Metro Stars Gymnastics.
Erik has been coaching compulsory and optional level gymnastics for the past five years. Over the course of that time, he has coached numerous Nebraska state champion gymnasts and teams. He has served as Nebraska State TOPs Manager in 2005, and helped coached athletes who qualified for the national TOPs test in Houston, TX. Erik holds four nationally accredited strength and conditioning certifications, including the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) credential offered by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A). He has spent the last four years working as a personal trainer at a local health club.
