In order to develop healthy bodies and intelligent minds, children require opportunities to explore the environment around them. By experimenting with touch, sound, visual stimuli, and appropriate motor planning tasks, parents can ensure that their child gets a substantial head start in life. Metro Stars Gymnastics will provide a safe, healthy, and vibrant setting in which to foster that growth through the sport of gymnastics. Our facility is a recreational gymnastics center, staffed with highly qualified professionals, and designed to deliver a developmental advantage to a diverse group of children. Our innovative recreational classes, which focus on gross motor function, social interaction, and self esteem, are available for children of all ages. Each class will center on developmentally appropriate activities designed to address each age group's abilities and needs. In addition to recreational gymnastics classes, MSG also offers classes for children with special needs and birthday parties.
