Ninja Stars

Ninja Stars classes are for boys and girls ages 6 years old and up. This 50-minute class combines obstacle training, freestyle movement, gymnastics training, strength and agility. Structured lesson plans further their tumbling skills, and continue to enhance the child’s flexibility, coordination, problem solving and strength. Designed to meet the child at their level each class will utilize progressions to teach skills in a safe and achievable manner.
