Metro Stars Gymnastics is proud to offer the USA Gymnastics Xcel Program for girls to compete in a positive and healthy environment. We have a unique approach to competition, providing recreational team opportunities from beginner to advanced. Girls must be ages 5 and up in order to compete, they will enroll in an Xcel class that corresponds to their competitive level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) in addition to their Recreational gymnastics class. Athletes begin their meet season in January with the state meet in late March or early April. The practice days and times for the girls vary based on their level.
