Open Gym

Bring in the family to burn off some energy while working on your gymnastics skills at our weekly Open Gym Events!

You have fun, we’ll provide the trampolines!

Daytime Open Gym

Join us every Tuesday morning from 11 am – 12:00 pm and Wednesday from 12 pm – 1 pm for fun time at the gym. The cost is $7.00 for the first child and $5.00 for any siblings.

Friday Evening Open Gym

Join us every Friday evening from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm.
Gym is open to anyone up to age 18 looking to run, jump, leap and play.
Coaches will be present to supervise; please note that adults are not allowed on the equipment.
The cost is $10.00 for Metro Stars Gymnastics members and $12.00 for non-members.

Online Registration

Pre-registration is currently required for ALL open gyms! Register now  by simply choosing your date and following the prompts!
