Refund Policy

The membership fee is non-refundable. Refunds for class tuition will not be given under any circumstances. Deposits for birthday parties are also non-refundable.

Return Check Policy

A fee of $25.00 is charged on all returned checks. A child will not be allowed to participate in class until valid payment is received.

Enrollment Policy

Once a student is enrolled in a program at Metro Stars Gymnastics, they will be automatically enrolled in the following month unless Metro Stars Gymnastics is notified in writing by the 20th of the current month. Verbally informing your child’s coach or the front desk will not drop your child from their class!

Payment Policy

The membership fee is due upon registration and is renewed annually for each child. When you join, you pay the membership fee and the tuition. After that, tuition for the upcoming month is due on or before the 25th of the month. The monthly tuition is based on a 4-week month but is adjusted to reflect months with more or fewer days (holidays, five weeks months, etc.). Families will be able to enroll in our automatic electronic payment system for simple monthly billing; however, if a family is not enrolled in automatic payments, the credit card on file is required and used only in the event of a delinquent account. Payment is expected before service is provided. When paying by check, please make checks payable to Metro Stars Gymnastics. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Absence Policy

To offer high quality and consistent instruction, when you choose a class day/time for your student, you purchase a consistent spot in that class that any other student will not fill. We also understand that family schedules are busy, and students may miss a gymnastics practice. We have developed resources to provide your child with gymnastics instruction even when they miss their class! You can access this video material through your parent portal throughout the month, regardless of attendance. If you are absent from practice, please let us know, as our coaches will be missing you!

Dress Code

Safety dictates that gymnasts should not wear loose-fitting clothing or items with buttons or zippers. Gymnasts may wear gym shorts or sweatpants and a tucked-in T-shirt. We recommend a one-piece leotard (no skirt) for girls of all ages as the safest, most versatile option. For skill levels at or above Intermediate Girls, a leotard is required. No tights, jewelry, socks, shoes, or jeans are permitted in the gymnastics area.

Weather Cancellations

Daytime classes will follow the Papillion-LaVista School DistrictMillard Public School District cancellations, and evening classes will be canceled by 2:00 pm. Cancellations will be posted on the website, Facebook, recorded on our voicemail and listed on Channel 7 KETV News. For families enrolled in classes for that particular day, we will also inform them of cancellations with an email.

Health Policy

Students may not attend class if they exhibit any symptoms of illness. That includes but is not limited to fever, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, ringworm, rash, etc. If your child has been diagnosed with a contagious illness, please contact our office right away. We will keep all information confidential. If your child cannot attend class, please see the make-up policy for further information. Specific health policy includes Antibiotic: If a child is prescribed an antibiotic for illness, they must take it for 24 hours before attending class; Lice: Students must be free of lice and nits; Fever: Students must be free of fever for 24 hours before returning to class.
