Super Novas

Super Novas classes are for girls ages 4-5 years old and 50 minutes in length. This class serves as a transition between our preschool program and our girls developmental program. Super Novas takes place in the “big gym” and introduces the students to the class structure of our recreational students.

Fun gymnastics skills taught in our Super Novas class include:

• Handstands
• Pullover on bars
• Straight jump on beam
• Cartwheels
