Build strong form and confidence through shaping drills and progressions designed to help athletes work toward their back handspring.
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members
Aerial Clinic
Athletes will work drills, technique, and progressions while practicing aerials to build power, control, and confidence.
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members
Popup Open Gym
Open gym time for all ages to play, move, and burn energy in the gym.
Price: May 25 not listed; May 27 is $7 for first child, $5 for siblings
