A Halloween Tradition Returns: Metro Stars’ 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat! 🎃
Halloween is almost here, and we’re bringing back a Metro Stars favorite for another year of costumes, creativity and plenty of candy!
Our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat is happening on Saturday, October 17, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at both our Papillion and Elkhorn locations! This FREE event is open to all ages, and we’re inviting families throughout our community to join us for an afternoon of Halloween fun.
Now in its third year, Trunk or Treat has become a festive tradition that brings our gymnasts, families and neighbors together for something a little different from our usual time in the gym.
Whether you’re returning for another year or joining us for the first time, we’re excited to celebrate with you!
A Different Kind of Trick-or-Treating! 🍬
Forget the doorbells! At Trunk or Treat, the Halloween fun happens from trunk to trunk.
Families can explore a collection of decorated vehicles, each with its own creative theme and treats to share. From spooky decorations to colorful displays inspired by favorite characters, every trunk adds something special to the experience.
Kids can show off their costumes, collect candy and enjoy the excitement of discovering what each decorated trunk has in store.
And the best part? You don’t have to be enrolled in gymnastics to participate! Our Trunk or Treat celebration is open to the community, making it a fun way to spend time with friends, meet other local families and enjoy a Halloween tradition together.
Want to Decorate a Trunk? We’d Love to Have You! 🚗
One of the things that makes Trunk or Treat special is the creativity and participation of our Metro Stars families and community!
We’re still welcoming families and local businesses interested in decorating their vehicles and handing out treats to our trick-or-treaters.
Whether you go all out with an elaborate Halloween display or keep things simple with pumpkins, decorations and a fun theme, every participating trunk helps make the event more memorable for the kids.
It’s also a great opportunity for families to get creative together and contribute to a community celebration.
Interested in hosting a trunk? There’s still time to join! Simply fill out our Trunk or Treat Registration Form to sign up.

Three Years of Costumes, Candy & Community 💜
While gymnastics brings our athletes and families together throughout the year, some of our favorite memories happen during the special events we share outside of regular classes.
Trunk or Treat gives our coaches, staff and families a chance to connect in a different setting, celebrate the season and enjoy the creativity our community brings to each event.
This year, we’re excited to have local families and community participants joining the festivities, including Kiddie Academy of Papillion, Goldfish Swim School and Girl Scout Troop 41371!
We’re grateful for their participation and for the families who continue to help make traditions like this possible.
Whether you’re decorating a trunk, bringing your little trick-or-treaters or simply stopping by to enjoy the festivities, we’re excited to welcome you!
