Nova Stars is an invite only class for girls ages 5-7 years old and is 50 minutes in length. This class builds on the skills learned in our Super Novas class. We will focus on the 4 Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam, and floor.
Fun gymnastics skills taught in our Nova Stars class include:
- Handstand Vault
- Back Hip Circle
- Cartwheel on low beam
- Back kickover
