May Event Details
Back Handspring Progression Clinic
This clinic is dedicated to helping gymnasts achieve the goal of getting their back handspring. To do this, we break down the back handspring to the most basic shapes and work progressions for both standing and running back handsprings.
Age: 6+ (must have back walkover)
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members
Open Gym
Open gym time for all ages to move, play, and have fun.

June Event Details
Girls Gymnastics Camp
This camp will build upon skills that are mastered in the Beginner Girls and Advanced Beginner Girls classes, along with Supernovas and Nova Stars. The gymnasts will work on the four Olympic events as well as trampoline.
Age: 5+
Price: $120 for non-members, $110 for members
Cheer Summer Camp
Welcome to the Metro Stars Cheer Summer Camp, where the worlds of cheerleading and gymnastics collide for an unforgettable experience. Campers will build teamwork, learn a camp dance, create an end-of-camp routine, and enjoy themed spirit days before a final showcase.
Age: 8+
Price: $170 for non-members, $160 for members
Xcel Level Up Camp
This camp will focus on leveling up current skills. Xcel Prep through Xcel Platinum are invited to join, with athletes grouped by level to work on Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault.
Age: 5+ (must be enrolled in Xcel)
Price: $120 for non-members, $110 for members
Aerials Clinic
Dedicated to the goal of completing an aerial, gymnasts break down the skill and work on body shaping plus drills to help achieve this goal.
Age: 6+ (must have round off)
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members

This clinic will focus on all things beam: jumps, levers, cartwheels, turns, and more.

Kip Clinic
Trying to get the skill that all gymnasts strive for? Join us for our Kip Clinic and learn drills that will help make the skill.
Age: 6+
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members
Vault Clinic
This clinic will focus on all things vault including running, jumping, good body positions, and learning new vaults.
Age: 5+
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members
Cartwheel and Handstand Clinic
This clinic’s focus is to work on cartwheels and handstands.
Age: 5+
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members
T&T Clinic
This clinic will focus on all things trampoline and tumbling. Join us to refine current skills and learn new skills.
Age: 5+
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members
Back Tucks, Layouts and Fulls Clinic
This clinic is for gymnasts who already have their back handspring and are working toward a back tuck, layout, and/or full.
Age: 10+ (must have BHS)
Price: $40 for non-members, $35 for members
Xcel Open Gym
Open gym for our Xcel gymnasts. Prep through Platinum are welcome.

July Event Details
Preschool Party
This special event is for preschool-aged children ages 18 months to 5 years old and their parents to come together for an afternoon of creativity, fun, and physical activity. You and your child will work together to make a craft, participate in stations, and enjoy open playtime in the gym.
Age: Ages 1–6
Price: $15 per child
Beam Mounts and Dismounts
This clinic will work on learning new beam mounts and dismounts.
Age: 5+
Price: $30 for non-members, $25 for members

This 1-hour clinic will focus on the important skills and techniques involved with bars. During this clinic we will do some strengthening activities as well as work on skills and drills to help correct and learn techniques.

Boys Clinic
This clinic will focus on the Olympic boys events: Rings, Floor, Vault, Parallel Bars, High Bar, and Pommel Horse.
Age: 5+
