At this time we are allowing only one adult per family in the gym during open gym.
Drop-off is encouraged for children ages 5 and up.
Open Gym
Join us Friday nights from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm for some fun in the gym! Bring in the family to work on some skills, burn off some energy, and bounce on the trampolines. The cost is $10 for members of Metro Stars Gymnastics, and $12 for non-members. Non-members, be sure to bring a signed waiver, a parent, or complete our online waiver! We'll see you there!

Preschool Open Gym
Join us every Thursday morning from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm for some fun time in the big gym. The cost is $7 for the first child and $5 for any siblings. Non-members, be sure to bring a signed waiver or complete our online waiver!
School Age Open Gym
Join us every Tuesday (11:00 am to 12:00 pm) and Thursday (1:00 pm to 2:00 pm) for a break in the school day and some fun time in the big gym. The cost is $7 for the first child and $5 for any siblings. Non-members, be sure to bring a signed waiver or complete our online waiver!
