At Metro Stars Gymnastics, we’re thrilled to offer the ultimate party solution. We take the stress out of planning so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your child’s big day.
Our recreational program is founded on a child-focused curriculum where every athlete learns and grows at their own pace. That same enthusiasm goes straight into our birthday events! We customize activities directly to the birthday child, giving guests a safe, clean, and energizing space to celebrate.
What’s Included in Every Party? 🎈
Each birthday party includes:
- One full hour of coach-led gym activities
- 40 minutes in a private party room for refreshments, gifts, and celebrating
- Invitations and paper products
- Party setup and cleanup
Families provide refreshments, candles, special decorations, and, of course, the guests!

Fantastic Gymnastics Party
Perfect for children who love gymnastics, movement, and active play.
Guests will participate in structured gymnastics games and activities before enjoying supervised open gym time on equipment such as trampolines, foam pits, and balance stations.
Party size: Up to 12 children
Ninja Stars Party
A high-energy party filled with obstacles, challenges, and ninja-style fun!
Guests will climb, jump, swing, and work their way through activities using mats, trampolines, ropes, and bars. Each child will also receive a special Ninja party favor.

The Birthday Bash
Planning a celebration for a bigger group? The Birthday Bash gives guests even more space to explore and play.
Children will enjoy access to the gym’s trampolines, foam pits, balance beams, bars, obstacle courses, group games, and supervised open gym activities.
Party size: Up to 18 children
Rock Stars Party
Available exclusively at our Elkhorn location
Let your party guests reach new heights on our 30-foot rock-climbing wall!
Children will receive climbing instruction and explore routes designed for different comfort and experience levels using our auto-belay system. The party also includes open play on the rock wall and gymnastics equipment.
Party size: Up to 12 children
Helpful Information for Parents 📝
Age guidelines: Birthday parties are available for children turning 2 years old and older.
Younger guests: We encourage a participating adult to accompany children under age 3 in the gym so they can play safely and confidently.
What to wear: Comfortable activewear or a gymnastics leotard is recommended. Children participate barefoot in the gym. Adults may wear socks or shoes in designated areas.
