Yesterday, Wednesday, July 1, the 2027 Best of Omaha contest officially began. While it’s a fun and exciting time of year for local businesses, for us, it is a moment to stop and say the biggest thank you possible to you—our incredible Metro Stars families.
Because of your passion, your trust, and the amazing energy you bring to the gym every single day, Metro Stars has been voted First Place for the past six years in a row.
We don’t look at those trophies as our wins; we look at them as a reflection of the wonderful, supportive community we’re building together. Every milestone your child reaches, every ounce of confidence they gain, and every smile in the gym is what truly brings us joy.
What Makes This Contest Special
Best of Omaha started back in 1992, and the ballot is completely blank, with no pre-chosen answers or ads. Voters have to hand-select and write in the businesses they love. In a city with over 40,000 businesses, it is an authentic, secure way for local families to share what matters to them. It is all about genuine community connection, and that is why it means the world to us.

How to Share the Love Starting Wednesday, July 1:
- Head to the Ballot: Use our Best of Omaha Quick Link to place your vote.
- Explore the City: Use the rest of the ballot to lift up your other favorite local Omaha spots!
- Click Submit: The system allows only one vote per verified email address to keep things fair.
