The countdown is officially on! This Sunday, October 4th, staff across all our locations will gather for our most anticipated event of the year: our Annual Staff Summit.
This year, we are donning our capes, stepping into our headquarters, and embracing a brand-new theme: Superheroes!🦸
Every year, Summit marks a high-energy transition point for our culture. The theme we unveil this weekend will carry through the entire season, leading up to our annual Showcase event next spring. If you’ve been around for past events, you know our Marketing team doesn’t hold back. From Alice in Wonderland and Candyland to Through the Decades and The Olympics, they build incredible props that set the stage; many of which you’ll see repurposed for Showcase and Parents’ Night Out throughout the year!
Beyond the epic decor, custom theme-coordinated gifts for every team member, catered lunch, and snacks, Summit serves a vital purpose. It is the cornerstone of how we grow, align, and stay connected as one unified team.

With multiple facilities in the Omaha Metro area, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day routine of our own home bases. Summit gives us a dedicated space to step out of our daily rhythms, catch up with old friends, and welcome new faces.

When coaches, guest services, and party team members from different locations connect over lunch or collaborate during team-building activities, it breaks down silos. We realize that no matter which building we work in, we are all striving toward the exact same mission.
