Blast Off! Our Annual Showcase is Heading to Outer Space

Get ready to see some “out of this world” talent! Our annual Metro Stars Showcase is officially on the calendar for May 16th and 17th.
This year, we’re trading the gym floor for the galaxy with our theme: Mission to Metro Stars!

Following in the footsteps of past favorites like Candyland and the Paris Olympics, this year’s outer space adventure is all about celebrating the stellar progress our athletes have made.

Why We Showcase

At Metro Stars, we believe every victory deserves a celebration. The annual Showcase gives our gymnasts an opportunity to shine in front of their friends and family! It’s a vital part of a young athlete’s journey because it builds confidence without the pressure. This isn’t a high-stakes competition. We’ve designed it to be a supportive, low-pressure environment where kids can feel the thrill of the spotlight without the stress.

• No Judges or Scoring: We focus on effort and progress, not points.
• Simple Routines: In April, athletes learn their showcase routines right in class utilizing skills that match their current ability level.  By the time they step onto the floor, it already feels familiar. And if they lose their place for a moment, they won’t be on their own!
• Coaches in Their Corner: Our staff is right there on the floor to guide, spot, and encourage athletes through every event.

It’s about that “I did it!” moment when they look up and see their biggest fans cheering them on.

The Details:

• Who: All active athletes are invited to participate, from our littlest preschool gymnasts, to our most advanced athletes! 
• Where: Held at each of our three Metro Stars locations.
• When: Saturday, May 16 & Sunday, May 17 – times vary depending on location.
• Spectators: Admission is free! We want our bleachers packed with family and friends to cheer on every tuck, jump, and stick.
